Nicolas Deseaux has been a wine consultant in the Irish wine trade for many years, trained as Sommelier by CAFA Formation in Bordeaux (France), by CIVB (Conseil Interprofessionel des Vins de Bordeaux), by BIVB (Conseil Interprofessionnel des Vins de Bourgogne) and by WSET in Ireland.

Nicolas offers a wine consulting programme to Hotels, Guesthouses and Clubs to increase their wine sales and improve the quality of wine service.

He will also help you to evaluate your cellar and act as a Sommelier for your private dinner parties and special occasions.
