Term / Conditions
- We can accept orders via this website, by telephone or by post. All orders are accepted subject to availability of stocks.
- All wines are offered subject to remaining unsold.
- Goods ordered shall remain the property of Nick's Fine Wine until paid for in full.
- Vintages as described are subject to stock avaibility and may change without notice.
- Our credit terms are thirty calendar days from the date of the invoice.
- All claims for incorrect deliveries or breakages must be made whin five days from the date of the delivery.
- In the event of a failure by the buyer to clear outstanding balances owed to the seller on demand of such payment, the buyer grants the seller permission to enter any premises occupied by the buyer in order to collect all goods supplied to the value of he outstanding balance owed at the time of collection.
- Value Added Tax (VAT) are excluded in the prices and Excise Duty are included in the prices.
